ONE TO ONE
An opportunity to work directly under the supervision of one of our expert teachers focussing solely on your needs and utilising their experience to synchronise Pilates and movement to your mind and body. Teachers will assess postural misalignments and help you to build an awareness of how muscle habit alters our musculoskeletal course. You will be taken through a full body workout using a combination of mat, machine and small apparatus as appropriate. Your progress will be monitored and your practice will advance at a pace to suit you.

STUDIO SESSION
A studio session offers you the opportunity to have all of the benefits of a one to one at a fraction of the cost. Our teachers will work at tailoring the session to you as an individual with your specific goals in mind using all of the available Pilates equipment and mat based repertoire. Each teacher can work with up to three clients at any time dependent upon the skill level of those clients in the session. All movement is supervised and whilst each session contains the basics you will be challenged with new movement concepts to ensure your mind and body are exercised fully.

STUDIO CIRCUIT
The Studio Circuit is based around a group class concept but within a Studio setting, using a selection of the Pilates machines, small apparatus and the Pilates mat based repertoire. Each circuit is considered and devised around the experience of those clients attending and you can expect to be challenged as you experience new exercises weekly. Personal goals and individual needs are considered within these sessions and alternative exercises offered and adapted if necessary, but with the momentum of the group challenge.

REFORMER CLASS
These classes will introduce you to one of the original and still very popular pieces of Pilates equipment. Building upon Joseph Pilates Reformer repertoire, from the fundamental exercises while you learn the skill of working with the resistance of the springs and moving carriage, to the more advanced and challenging sequences. Learning how to use the spring tension to assist you in movement or to challenge your body, the Reformer class offers you the chance to work in a closed chain environment and experience opposition together with the concept of push and pull, that will ultimately enhance all of your Pilates practice and functional fitness too.

HIP PILATES CLASS
A choreographed class that focusses on balance, coordination, awareness of posture in movement and promotes weight bearing and bone loading sequences that build into a routine that you could adopt at home. Each classes offers movement using light weights or body weight under supervision and with correction, building to a full body cardiovascular experience without the need for trainers and high energy music! Great for everyone and especially good for bone health.

PILATES MAT CLASSES
We offer a full timetable of Pilates Mat classes from complete beginners to the more challenging advanced classical mat repertoire taught in Joseph Pilates’ day! Our focus is to learn how to move with awareness, allowing your body to move, lengthen and strengthen under the keen supervision of our expert team of teachers. Whilst our classes are all classified by a level from complete beginner to advanced, they all bring together the teachings of the Joseph Pilates methodology, the Pilates principles and a unique stamp of each teacher’s personality.

MELT METHOD CLASSES
Our body is the map of our life and it adopts postures that reflect our common movements, or lack of! The fascial web has been overlooked for many years but those who have mastered movement have a greater understanding of this intricate network of connective tissue that supports, protects and balances your body through a communicative web that surrounds our entire being. Easily dehydrated through repetitive postures the Melt Method gives you the opportunity to be your own therapist and learn sequences that you can use for as little as 10minutes a day, 3 days a week to reconnect, rebalances, rehydrate and release what Melt refers to as stuck stress in our bodies.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Sometimes our bodies need a little extra help perhaps following an injury or just from a poor repetitive movement, or even a movement that surprises us! Robyn offers a therapeutic soft tissue massage specific to any problem areas using her myriad of hands on techniques, together with Fascial Tooling, Medical Acupuncture, Kinesio Taping and Myofascial Cupping

BALLET BARRE
A Barre class with a focus on its traditional roots in Ballet and employing all of the Pilates principles. This class is great for balance and poise and challenges the whole body and your awareness to the minutia of controlled movement.
